  3. This has been a great site and I have referred a lot of people to check it out. I was hoping that the results of the court proceedings/outcome would be posted here early this week. Could someone update with the latest info please??? Thanks and have a great day, Sharon Bell – Alberta

  4. I was hoping that the latest update regarding the court proceedings would be placed on this site earlier this week. Is there anyone out there who can let us know the outcome of the proceedings held on Friday, October 28, 2011?

  5. sounds like the motion to appeal is still under consideration by the judges and it may be some time before the panel of judges make a decision but keep checking this site and I am sure the lawyers will publish the result of the motion to appeal as soon as they hear back from the courts… and lets all keep optimistic and pass the information along to as many individuals involved as possible for support!
